Ingredients :

  • Palm Jaggery
  • Two tsp oil
  • Mustard
  • Hing( asafoetida)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Two string curry leaves
  • Two green chillies
  • One tsp fenugreek seed( menthe)
  • two tsp tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Rasam powder

Method:

Take little water put Jaggery and boil it and stir till Jaggery mix with water, sieve it to remove dirt…In a deep pan, heat two tsp oil, add mustard, hing( asafoetida), 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, two string curry leaves, two green chillies, one tsp fenugreek seed( menthe), Pour sieved Jaggery water to this. Add two tsp tamarind paste and salt to taste.
Add rasam powder and boil. Menthe gojju is ready.
